Wholesale
Wholesale orders are welcome on Knot balms, candles and wax melts only with a minimum quantity required. Simply fill out the CONTACT form with the item you'd like to stock.
Returns / refunds / exchanges
If there's a problem with your item please contact me within 24hrs of receiving it to discuss. I ask that you take photos of the issue to help me understand the problem.
Refunds will only be granted on an individual basis, so please contact me within 24hrs of receiving your item to discuss.
Exchanges can only be made on items that arrive faulty and have not been used and will be granted on an individual basis. No exchanges will be granted if you change your mind.
Shipping
Shipping has been calculated using Australia Post guidelines. If you can't find your country listed please feel free to contact me.
All items are shipped using Australia Post and come with a tracking number that will be emailed to you if you have provided an email address.
I will not take responsibility for any items that you have requested to be left in a safe place by your mail carrier.
I am not responsible for any wax products that have melted during transit as temperatures of delivery methods and climates are out of my control.
Custom pieces
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required on all custom pieces before I start stitching/painting. This covers materials and my time designing your unique piece. Your balance can be paid up front or once the piece has been completed. Your piece will not be shipped until the balance and shipping has been paid. You’ll find a DEPOSIT listing on the COMMISSIONS page along with a BALANCE listing also. Please select the one you’d prefer and once received I will contact you with a start date.
Communication is key so I ask that you find any reference images of what you'd like so that we're both on the same page. I allow up to two revisions on the initial sketch however, if you require more changes to be made there may be an additional fee to cover the extra time needed to get your design just right.
Additional fees may also apply if you would like to add extra details to the piece after the design has been agreed upon.
Cancellations
Cancellations can only be made prior to the deposit being paid and will incur no cost. Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations can not be made once the balance has been paid and painting/stitching has started.
Eco-friendly packaging
I have tried my hardest to source and use sustainable, environmentally friendly packaging wherever possible to help lessen our impact on the environment. Please consider reusing any or all of the packaging you recieve in your order. My cardboard shipping boxes can be turned inside out and reused or simply remove any labels and place in your recycling bin. You can order from me as many times as you like, but we only have one earth. Let's look after it!
